General Access Guidelines (Read First)
Before granting access on any platform, please review these rules:
- Do NOT share passwords unless explicitly requested in a secure form
- Grant admin or full access unless otherwise noted
- Use email-based invitations whenever possible
- Add teamwisebear@gmail.com exactly as written
- If multiple accounts exist, grant access to all active accounts
If a platform asks you to select a role and you’re unsure, choose the highest available non-owner role.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Access
Required Permission:
- Admin or Editor
Purpose:
- Website traffic analysis
- Conversion tracking
- Performance reporting and optimization
Notes
- You must already have GA4 set up
- You must have admin access yourself to add users
Google Search Console Access

Required Permission:
- Full or Owner-level access
Purpose:
- Search visibility monitoring
- Indexing and technical SEO insights
- Performance diagnostics
Notes:
- Your site must already be verified in Search Console
Google Business Profile (GBP) Acces
Access Email: teamwisebear@gmail.com
Required Permission:
- Manager or Primary Owner
Purpose:
- Local SEO optimization
- Post publishing
- Review monitoring and response
- Profile updates
Notes:
- Your profile must be claimed and verified
- Add access at the business profile level, not personal Google accounts
Google Ads – Search Ads (GSA)

Required Permission:
- Admin access
Purpose:
- Campaign creation and optimization
- Conversion tracking
- Budget and performance management
Notes:
- If you manage multiple ad accounts, grant access to all active ones
Google Ads – Local Services Ads (LSA)

Required Permission:
- Admin access inside the Local Services Ads dashboard
Purpose:
- Lead management
- Profile optimization
- Budget and service area adjustments
Notes:
- LSA access is separate from standard Google Ads
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Business Access
Access Email: teamwisebear@gmail.com
Required Permission:
- Meta Business Manager access
- Facebook Page access
- Ad account access (if ads are running)
Purpose:
- Organic posting
- Paid ad management
- Reporting and analytics
Notes:
- Access must be granted through Meta Business Manager, not personal profiles
- Ensure Instagram is connected to the correct Business Manager
Social Media Account Access (Organic Only)

Purpose:
- Content publishing
- Engagement monitoring
- Platform analytics
Tutorials
Website, CRM, & Other Platform Access

Depending on your project scope, we may also request access to:
- Website CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, etc.)
- CRM platforms
- Email marketing tools
- Scheduling or booking systems
Each request will specify:
- Platform name
- Required permission level
- Tutorial link (when available)
Common Access Issues
“I added you but you can’t see anything.”
- Usually caused by limited permissions.
“I don’t see the option you mentioned.”
- You may not have admin access yourself.
“We have multiple accounts.”
- Grant access to all active or historical accounts unless told otherwise.
When in doubt, pause and ask before proceeding.
What Happens After Access Is Granted
Once access is confirmed:
- Permissions are verified
- Systems are connected internally
- Work begins based on scope
- You’ll be notified if anything is missing
No access = no execution.
- This step is critical to keeping timelines intact.

They sign on
When your referral becomes a Wise Bear client and pays the first invoice we record the referral to your account.

You earn rewards
You receive a $500 credit. You also earn 5% of their monthly retainer for 6 months.

What counts as a referral?
Who qualifies?
A business that is not already in conversation with Wise Bear and signs a new agreement.
Eligible services?
Any paid engagement. Websites, SEO, paid media, content, design retainers, or bundled packages.
When are rewards issued?
Credit is applied after the first invoice is paid. The 5% begins with the first full month of service and runs for 6 consecutive months.

Not required. If you want one we can provide a trackable link on request.
No cap. If you refer three clients you earn three sets of rewards.
By default the reward goes to the referrer. If you want a two-sided incentive for a specific intro talk to our team and we will set it up.
The 5% applies to the first 6 months of paid retainer. If a month is not billed there is no payout for that month.
Yes. If you prefer revenue share instead of account credit we can pay via ACH. Ask us to set up a partner profile.
Applies to new clients not already engaged with Wise Bear.
$500 credit is applied after first payment is received. Credit is non-transferable and can be split across invoices if the invoice is less than $500.
5% recurring applies to the referred client’s monthly retainer for the first 6 consecutive months, excluding pass-through media spend or third-party costs.
If the retainer amount changes the 5% adjusts accordingly. Project-based work that is not a retainer is excluded from the 5% but still qualifies for the $500 credit.
- Wise Bear may update or end the program at any time. Existing qualified referrals will be honored.
